Abstract This article reviewed the Consensus Recommendations on Pediatric Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) from the Pediatric Acute Lung Injury Consensus Conference in 2015 and the literature related to drug management of ARDS. The main points of drug management of pediatric ARDS were summarized.
