目的 应用参附注射液替代或部分替代肾上腺皮质激素治疗小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP），开辟新的治疗途径。方法 采用中西医结合的方法，观察参附注射液治疗31例ITP患儿的疗效，并与同期用激素治疗的27例及对症治疗的31例ITP患儿进行比较。结果 参附注射液治疗组，在治疗25d时血小板回升和CD4+/ CD8+回升明显高于激素组及对症治疗组（P﹤0.01），且无副作用。结论 应用参附注射液或加用肾上腺皮质激素治疗ITP优于单纯应用肾上腺皮质激素，值得推广。

Objective To search for a new therapy for idiopathic thormbocytopenic purpura(ITP) in children, cortisone therapy was replaced by Ginseng and Radix aconiti praeparata injection (GRA). Methods Chinese traditional medicine combined with Western medicine was adopted to observe the effect of Ginseng and Radix aconiti praeparata injection on 31 cases of ITP. 27 randomly selected cases treated with cortisone were compared with the 31 cases without special treatment at the same time. Results Obvious increase in the Platelet and CD 4 +/CD 8 + was found in the treatment groups of GRA or GRA plus cortisone as compared with the cortisone treatment or control group(both P <0.01).Conclusions GRA and GRA plus cortisone treatment are better than cortisone in the treatment of ITP and its clinical application is desirable.
