摘要

新生儿窒息（neonatal asphyxia）是由于各种原因所导致的母体-胎儿间通过胎盘血流进行的气体交换发生急性障碍，引起胎儿发生严重的缺氧和酸中毒，继而出现中枢神经、呼吸、循环等系统的抑制，以致出生后不能迅速建立和维持正常呼吸的一种危急病理状态。但长期以来，国内外尚缺乏一个比较客观、科学的窒息评价标准，为了规范对新生儿窒息的诊断和治疗，中国医师协会新生儿专业委员会组织国内有关专家，在广泛征求意见和充分讨论的基础上，结合国内外最新研究进展和我国国情，遵照循证医学的原则，制定了新生儿窒息诊断与分度标准建议［1］。为了加强广大读者对该标准的正确理解与应用，在此对其予以解释和说明。
